To keep every guest safe, we require up-to-date vaccines prior to entry:
Rabies: Your pup likely already has this one as part of their core vaccines as a puppy. It is required by law, the rabies vaccine protects against a fatal virus that can be transmitted to both animals and humans.
Distemper (DHPP/DAPP) and Bordetella are not required but strongly recommended.
We also strongly recommend all pets attending our facility have: Flee and Tick Prevention, Leptospirosis Vaccination.
Yes, we have sensitive shampoos available to use.
However, if your dog requires a specific medicated shampoo, you’re welcome to bring it and we’ll happily use it on your pup!
Full Haircut
A complete, breed-specific groom based on standard styling.
Ideal for dogs like poodles, labradoodles, shih tzus, schnauzers, etc.
Involves trimming or clipping the entire coat for shape and maintenance.
Bath & Trim
A light “tidy-up” rather than a full groom.
Focuses on areas like feathers, hocks, ears, and paws, bum, groin.
Perfect for keeping your dog neat between full haircuts.
Ideal for dogs like golden retrievers, german shepherds, border collies, etc.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate dogs who may be anxious or challenging during grooming, as every dog is different. We can use tools like muzzles if needed and often try calming techniques and positive reinforcement. Our team will also work together to safely support and gently restrain dogs when necessary.
That said, your dog’s safety and wellbeing always come first. If a dog is extremely stressed or reactive, we may not be able to complete the groom. In some cases, dogs may require medication from a veterinarian or may be better suited for grooming in a veterinary setting.
