For access to the Adventure Park, it is $20.00. The day pass allows you to come for as long as you like during our open hours.

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Friday, Saturday: 10:00am - 9:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

We have 2 styles of CPAWS membership:

1. Weekday Member (Monday to Thursday Access)

$50/month until December 1, then $90/month

• Access to the Adventure Park during our operating hours from Monday to Thursday.
• 1 Free Dog wash per month.
• 2 Free guest passes a month for fur-friends (one pass = one dog).
• A complimentary birthday gift on your pup's birthday.
• Rent a yard discount (coming soon).

2. All-Access Member (All days of the week)

$90/month until December 1, until December 1, then $130/month

• Access to the Adventure Park during our operating hours 7 days a week.
• 1 Free Self-Serve Dog wash per month.
• 2 Free guest passes a month for fur-friends (one pass = one dog).
• A complimentary birthday gift on your pup's birthday.
• Rent a yard discount (coming soon).

PLUS:

• Annual Birthday or Holiday Photo Shoot with our in-house professional photographer with editing and print outs included.
• 'Front of the Line' bookings for daycare or boarding.

No, this is an owner-supervised activity and membership. It's for you and your pup to enjoy together!

If you wish to drop your dog off to play in this environment, daycare or boarding is available and is a facilitated by our staff every day!

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, our off-leash Adventure Park has the following age requirements:

• Children 10 years and under are not permitted inside the off-leash Adventure Park.
  
• Guests aged 11–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  
• Guests 17 years and older may enjoy the Adventure Park on their own.
  

These guidelines help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for both our dogs and their humans.

There is a playground on the Dogplex campus where all children are welcome to play while their family also plays with the pups! We ask that they are still accompanied by an adult if under the age of 12.

No formal assessment is required before your first visit. However, all pet parents must complete a behavioural questionnaire about their dog and sign a mandatory Adventure Park waiver prior to entry.

Our Adventure Park is supervised at all times by trained Canine Specialists who actively monitor dog interactions and are there to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. Our team has full authority to intervene if a dog displays unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour toward other dogs or people, including asking the dog to leave the park if necessary.

If a behavioural incident occurs, your dog may receive a strike and be required to take a temporary break from the Adventure Park before returning. This policy helps us maintain a fun, safe, and positive environment for all dogs and their families.

The lagoon and Off-Leash Adventure Park is member/day-pass access. The lagoon remains open to all its members and day-pass holders, however we will have 3 'Rentable' yards coming soon to accommodate some private activities with your fur-family.

Yes. Your pup must be fixed to attend the off-leash Adventure Park. Due to the open environment, dogs must be fixed to safely interact with other dogs.

Once your pup reaches 6 months old, they’ll need to be spayed or neutered before visiting the Adventure Park.

Around this age, puppies can begin reproducing, so this policy helps us keep group play safe, comfortable and fun for everyone.

Once they’re fixed, they’ll be ready to get back to adventuring!
